A Festival for all ages!
The Wilkesboro Brews, Bites and Bands Festival has been cancelled for April 17th & 18th at the Wilkes Heritage Museum Square and Carolina West Wireless Community Commons in Historic Downtown Wilkesboro due to the current Executive Order by Governor Cooper. We are actively rescheduling next year for April 23 & 24th, 2021. Come visit and kick off Spring Festival Week with 4 local bands and “Trial by Fire” The JOURNEY Tribute Band. Included in the festival is the Beer Garden featuring 6 local breweries from the surrounding areas plus the host brewery, TwoBoros Brewery, located downtown next to the festival grounds. There will be a Children’s Inflatable area with a bounce house, inflatable obstacle course and other large sized games such as chess, connect four and more. For the adults we will have a Corn Hole Tournament and Disc Golf Tournament, both with cash prizes. We will be featuring local food trucks from the area as well as local favorites like Dooley’s Grill & Tavern, TwoBoros Wood Fired Pizzeria, Mr. Toro’s Taqueria and Bakery, Nina’s Bakery, The 50’s Diner, The Artisan Cafe, Sweet Smiles Candy Store and Wilkesboro Shaved Ice and Concessions all located in the Historic Downtown Wilkesboro! Friday, April 23, there will be Free music, entertainment and games located on the Heritage Museum Square. There will be home and ghost tours, access to miles of the new Greenway and the new Downtown bike course.

Seth and Grayson Cohn, brothers and owners of both Dooley’s Grill & Tavern and TwoBoros Brewery have set out to continue their father, Dr. R.E. Cohn, plan of revitalization of Historic Downtown Wilkesboro through new businesses and local events.
